My name is Thibaud Nijssen. I work in education (as deputy director at i-MaS), sports (as international assistant referee in association football) and as freelance instructional designer and research assistant.

 

Learning, coaching, research, and refereeing, they are my passion for already a very long time. My goal is bringing together knowledge from these different domains and transferring these insights into future match official education and development (all sports).

My challenge is to support instructors with the implementation of e-learning in the current educational programmes and to share insights about the concept of blended learning.
